(Wappingers Falls, NY) -- Officials are still working to determine the cause of the fire that broke out at a Domino's Pizza in Wappingers Falls that resulted in the death of an employee earlier this month. "The Poughkeepsie Journal" reports authorities continue to question former employees about the condition of the building and business. Nineteen-year-old Adam Justiniano died of smoke inhalation after the blaze erupted at the Route 9 location during the early morning hours of April 16th. A report from the Dutchess County Fire Investigation Division could shed some light on the cause of the blaze. Village police are currently waiting for the results of that report
