Who's ready to get out, have some fun, and play Bingo, safely of course. Drive-In Bingo is coming to Dutchess County in October and here's what you need to know.

The Dutchess County Office For the Aging have been trying to reimagine gatherings and adapt to the current COVID-19 guidelines. This summer it was the annual Summer Picnic Series and this fall it's Bingo!

According to Dutchess County Executive Marc Molinaro, The OFA will hold 3 Drive-In Bingo events where seniors will get a free Bingo card when they arrive. Numbers will be called out over a short distance FM radio, so you stay in your car and play. Honk when you get Bingo and you could win prizes.

Each event is held from 1 to 2:30 in the afternoon at Bowdoin Park, 85 Sheafe Road in Poughkeepsie on Wednesday, October 14 (rain date October 15); Dutchess County Fairgrounds in Rhinebeck on Tuesday, October 20 (rain date October 21); and Thomas J Boyce Park Route 55 in Wingdale on Thursday, October 22 (rain date October 23).

Space is limited and registration is required. Call 845-486-2555.
