Halloween in North Georgia

I saw a meme on Facebook today that said something like I've been wearing a mask and eating candy for the last seven months, so what's Halloween bringing to the table this year? Well, here in the Hudson Valley there's lots of events to safely bring your kids and family to and have a little fun.

Saturday, October 31; 12-2: Trunk or Treat at Greenville VFW Post 3175 in Port Jervis. There will be candy, slime, and more. Free event. For more Halloween events in Orange County, click here.

Saturday, October 31; 1-3: Bat-O-Ween 2020 at the New Paltz Recycling Center, 3 Clearwater Road in New Paltz. In honor of Bat Conservation International Bat Week, there will be bat crafts, a haunted house, costume contest, bat education booths. There will be masks and social distancing. Saturday, October 31; 12:30-5: Howl & Holler at Trevor Zoo in Millbrook. Come dressed in costume and get a free treat bag with orangutan friendly candy and an activity book. Food trucks will be on site plus games to play all day long. The event is free but reservations are required, no walk-ins allowed. For more Halloween events in Dutchess County, click here.
