This happened last month in Texas A teenage girl somehow got stuck in her seatbelt . . . it looks like she fastened it too tight and couldn't get the buckle open.
Police and firefighters were called in to help. They try to wiggle her out several different ways . . . and even consider cutting the belt. They finally get her into a position where they can lift her out of it.
