You can add "chicken walking" to the list of lame excuses students have used for being late to an online class. Somebody shot video of their computer screen showing the class and they zero-in on the student's written excuse.
It says, "Sorry I'm late, I was walking my chicken." Then you hear the teacher ask if that's accurate, and you see the student show the live chicken as proof.
