Ulster BOCES Adult Career Education Center Offers
Holiday Cookie Exchange Class
PORT EWEN – Do you enjoy making lots of cookies for friends and family during the holiday season? Would you like to expand your offerings? Let the Ulster BOCES Adult Career Education Center help you make the most of your cookie trays with its Holiday Cookie Exchange class.
The class will take place on Wednesday, December 15, from 5:30-8:30 PM, at the Ulster BOCES Career & Technical Center in Port Ewen. Each participant will go home with batches of different cookies, along with their recipes. Your family just might discover a new favorite!
The cost is $40 plus a $15 (cash) food fee that is due the night of class. All who register are required to wear a hair covering and a face mask, and bring an apron. Minors between the ages of 12-17 are permitted to register at a reduced price with a full-paid accompanying adult. To register a minor, call (845) 331-5050.
