Canaan Congregational Church (Canaan UCC) Partners with NY Connects - Columbia County, The Healthcare Consortium, and Choice Connections to Offer the Community Information on “Lifestyle Options for Senior Living”

Columbia County residents are cordially invited to attend Canaan UCC’s Community Seminar Series, featuring Choice Connection’s “Lifestyle Options for Senior Living” a program presented in collaboration with staff at NY Connects - Columbia County, a program of The Healthcare Consortium.
This workshop will be presented by co-owner of Choice Connections and Certified Senior Advisor, Renee Birnbaum.
According to Birnbaum, “Our presentation aims to provide valuable information on a range of services tailored to older adults who wish to age in the comfort of their own homes. Additionally, we will delve into the various senior housing options available, including supportive senior apartments, assisted living facilities, and memory care communities.”
“Caregivers will benefit from an overview of the support systems within the community, and we will address crucial topics that every caregiver should address with their loved ones, such as financial planning and end-of-life decisions. This insightful session will empower you with the knowledge needed to make informed choices,” she said.
