If you missed the story, the 200 year old Millerhurst farm in the small town of Ancramdale in Columbia County suffered a devastating fire on Sunday night. The family lost the majority of their milk cows as the fire burned down their barn and the cows were trapped inside. There is a GoFundMe page set up to help.
The folks over at Grogger's at 1112 Dutchess Turnpike in Poughkeepsie have put together a line dancing benefit for the Millerhurst farm fire tragedy and it will take place on Sunday October 21st from Noon until 4 p.m. If you want to enjoy a day of line dancing fun, they will be collecting $10 donations at the door (yes you can give more if you would like) and with your donation you will get a ticket for entry, line dancing lesson and one complimentary well drink. Music will be provided by DJ Redneck and line dancing lessons by Kristyn Regen.
