People Dine in Ankle-Deep Water at a Restaurant in Italy

At least six people have died from terrible flooding across Italy . . . but it was business as usual at a restaurant in Venice.  There's video of customers and employees wading through ankle-deep water as if it's just another day...Everyone seems to be wearing boots, but still.
