Governor Andrew Cuomo says schools in New York State will remain closed for the rest of the academic year. A decision on summer school will be coming by the end of May 2020. Governor Cuomo said schools need to start submitting plans now for approval on how they will keep children and staff safe once a new school year begins in the fall.
