Ulster County Presents Movie Nights

At the Drive In

Who wants to go to the movies? Who wants to get lost in a story for a few hours, without being in the exact same spot on the couch as you've been for the past 5 months? But, money is also a factor, things aren't that easy right now. Ulster County has thought of all of that including, most importantly, your safety.

Ulster County Executive Pat Ryan, announced Movie Nights, happening from now until September 26, thanks to many generous community organizations. Movies will be shown at the Tech City Parking Lot, 33 Enterprise Drtive in Kingston and are free of charge to Ulster County residents.

On movie night, the lot will open at 8:30, the movie starts at 9, with sound broadcast on FM radio. A maximum of 200 cars will be permitted, everyone must stay by their own car, and alcohol is not permitted.

This weekend, 'The Lion King' will be shown on Friday night and on Saturday don't miss 'Frozen II. You must pre-register for tickets beginning fuve days prior to the show.

Get the popcorn and snacks ready and don't forget your mask!
