Dutchess County Parks Hosts Free Movie Night

At the Drive In

When you are lucky enough to live in the Hudson Valley, like we are, you know how amazing the parks and open spaces are throughout the area. Picnics, reunions, parties, and even weddings have taken place in these most beautiful of places. Now, the parks in Dutchess County are there for us once again, this time as movie theaters.

Dutchess County Executive Marc Molinaro announced that Dutchess County Parks Division will host a free, family-friendly movie night on Friday, August 28 at Wilcox Park on Route 199 in Milan. The movie will be shown in the main parking area at 7:30, with gates opening at 6:30 for ticket holders.

As this will be a socially distant event, space is limited to allow for enough space between vehicles. Everyone is asked to stay in, or right by their vehicles. In addition, this will be a carry in/carry out event with glass bottles, smoking, and alcohol prohibited. Restrooms will be available.
