Three Infant Product Recalls You Need to Know About

Little boy, 2 years, playing with small cars and toys at home

If you are a parent or grandparent of an infant, how many rattles or teething toys have you purchased in the past few months? How about adorable little rompers? The United States Consumer Product Safety Commission has issued three recalls this week on a few products that can pose a choking hazard to your little one.

Two of these products were sold at Target, the light-up firefly teether, made by Battat Toys, and a Cat & Jack Romper. The teether has plastic wings that can detach from the body, posing a choking hazard and the romper has heart patches on the knees that easily peel off or detach, posing another choking hazard.

If you have either of these items, they are asking you to take these items away from children and return them to any Target store or contact Battat at 844-963-2479 or Target at 800-440-0680

The third recall is for a Clip-Clop Infant Activity Rattle, made by Playgro and sold at Walmart, both in-store and online. The abacus ring on the back of the horse can dislodge and allow the small beads to come off, posing a choking hazard.

If you have this item, they are asking you to take these items away from children and contact Playgro at 855-775-2947 to get a free replacement.
