James and Sylvia Silverence have $10 million more reasons to smile. The Poughkeepsie couple won a $10 million cash scratch-off prize, the largest in New York Lottery history.
The ticket was purchased at a Stewart’s Shops in Red Oaks Mill. New York Lottery’s Yolanda Vega celebrated and presented an over-sized prize check to the new millionaires this afternoon at the Stewart’s Shops on Route 9 in the Town of Poughkeepsie, north of Marist College.
