TIM MCGRAW and FAITH HILL have been a power couple in country music for over two decades with a string of #1 hits, many awards, countless sold out shows and an iHeartCountry World Premiere this afternoon on WRWD (more on the premiere in a moment).
However, it doesn't matter who you are, if you have teenage kids, they're going to do things behind your back. Things don't want you to know about, just because. Here's a perfect example of that.
Faith revealed that she and Tim didn't know their daughter Gracie formed a band IN their basement . . . and somehow kept it from them. Faith tells "New Beauty" magazine, quote, "It was right under our noses. Right under our roof. We had no idea."
Faith admits their social life is dull so maybe Gracie did it while mom and dad were sound asleep, because. Faith says, "We're not the most exciting people in the world. We don't stay out late and we don't really go to parties. We're usually in bed by 9:00 P.M." She says they settling into "old people time." Quote, "A big date for us is an afternoon movie. I'll wear a sundress, some mascara and a red lip, which is kind of new for me." You can read more in the latest issue of NEWBEAUTY on newstands now (see below).
Today is a big day for Tim and Faith. The iHeartCountry World Premiere of their new duet, "Speak to a Girl." Tune into to Country 1073, WRWD this afternoon starting 5 pm. We'll play it again at the top of the hour, every hour through tomorrow (Friday) afternoon at 5 pm. You can also the link above to listen live right here.
