Beware if you own a MAC. You’re not as secure as you may think.
Apple is working on fixing a serious bug in its Mac operating system. The most recent MacOS High Sierra has a major flaw which allows entry to the computer without using a password. It also allows access to administrator rights, which is a huge problem.
The flaw was posted publicly on Twitter yesterday afternoon and Apple scrambled to get a handle on it.
Apple says Mac users can set a root password to prevent unauthorized access while it works on a fix. You can find the step by step instructions from Apple HERE.
