Luke Bryan and Dierks Bentley worked well together as co-hosts of the ACM Awards . Manys fanbs were looking forward to the two country stars and firends returning this year.

According to Dierks, they are out as co-hosts this year. During a Q&A at the Country Radio Seminar in Nashville, Dierks revealed that he and his buddy have lost out on the gig.

After a picture of him and Luke flashed across a screen, he noted, "That's over... We got fired. Is that not common knowledge?" His manager later confirmed that he wasn’t joking.

They co-hosted two straight years.  Bryan co-hosted with Blake Shelton from 2013 to 2015. Before that, Reba McEntire fronted the show for 10 successive years.
