Halle Berry Wants To Help Get You In Shape

Halle Berry wants to help you not only get in shape...but get to her level of fitness. She has been sharing diet and fitness tips on Instagram once a week. The Oscar winner works out five times a week and the hard work shows. 

She alternates between boxing, yoga, cardio, and weights, then follows with a Ketogenic diet supplemented by "super foods."

Looking at the photo below, it appears the diet and exercise is working nicely for Halle.
