This could've been tragic. A woman on a highway in Ohio couldn't get her car to slow down . . . so she called 911. She was saved by a dispatcher who instructed her to gradually pull the emergency brake, until the car slowed to a stop.
Several patrol cars were also on the scene, and there's dashcam video from one of them who followed behind her until she was safe.
