The Town of Wappinger, New York, is set to host its inaugural holiday decorating competition, "Light Up Wappinger". The friendly contest, announced by the Town of Wappinger Parks and Recreation, invites residents and businesses to showcase their festive spirit by adorning their properties with holiday decorations.
The competition rules stipulate that the decorations must be visible from the road for judging, which will take place between 5 and 9 p.m. on December 14th and 15th. Participants are required to register their addresses to be considered for the competition. The deadline for online voting is December 18th.
